Contract Value Analysis scores an agreement on how well it protects you: term length, auto-renewal, price-increase limits, fee protections and price per yard. Use it before you sign a renewal, or when you renegotiate.
- Open the store and click Contract Value Analysis.
- Under Analyze A Contract, pick the agreement and click Run Analysis. To check terms you haven't uploaded, use Manual Entry.
- Read the overall score and grade (A+ to F).
- Go through each row: the score, the value found in the agreement, and what it means for you.
- Read Risks & Missing Protections for what to ask your hauler for.
